While we were at PCMC we met Jill, Steve, and Abel. Abel was born w/ HLHS and has had so many bumps in the road. There's nothing left for the dr.'s to do. Here is his care page link:

Little Abel gently passed away in Steve and Jill's arms Saturday, November 20, at 1:30 pm in their home.
Abel had been under hospice care with the wish that he had comfort, love, and as many happy moments as possible.
He was exactly five months old and in that time he had touched so many lives and had so much love surrounding him. He was, and is,very loved.
The bright eyed little boy just decided that he had done what he was here to do.

The Viewing and funeral is Wednesday, November 25 at 11:00
